Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped as well as when the order has arrived. 

 

International Shipping***

We offer international shipping to most countries but are limited based on international policy, shipping partner limitations and other factors out of our control.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  If you do not see your country of origin listed, we do not ship to you at this time. Please accept our deepest apologies and know we are always looking to improve our shipping experience.  If you have any questions about this or you feel there has been an error please contact us at info@wondergoods.com.

***Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wonder Goods LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you are unsure about your countries policies please contact your local customs or postal service to inquire.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within our 15 mile radius, based on our warehouse location at 235 Division Ave. South, #100, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. If you do not see "Local Delivery" as an option at the time of check out it is due to the address you provided does not qualify for local delivery based on your location being outside of our delivery zone.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at info@wondergoods.com.

Deliveries are made from 2pm-6pm, Monday-Friday. 

 

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and a some wait time with free local pickup at from our shop at 235 Division Ave. South, #100, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days with exception to holidays and weekends. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm on Monday-Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have created an account with us you can also find shipping information, including tracking information, in your account under your purchase order.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wondergoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. International orders please be advised your shipment can take a couple weeks based on your countries mail carrier, customs other international shipping systems we have no control over.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At the time of check out, if you use a P.O. Box, please select USPS as your preferred shipping method.  By selecting anything else we will not be able to ship to you due UPS shipping limitations that are out of our control.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wondergoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
